What we actually use on site.
We work with SBR-modified coatings, bituminous membranes, polyurethane systems, crystalline waterproofing, polymer-modified mortars, EPDM membranes, and liquid-applied membranes. The material we recommend depends on your terrace age, exposure direction, traffic load, and substrate condition. There is no single best system, only the right system for your site.
