Bituminous membranes
Self-adhesive and torch-applied options across thickness grades, from leading Indian and international manufacturers. Used for podium decks, large terrace areas, and commercial waterproofing.
SBR-modified coatings
Cement-based polymer-modified coatings for residential terraces, internal wet areas, and water-retaining structures. Multiple brand options including authorised dealer pricing on partner brands.
Polyurethane systems
Liquid-applied elastomeric coatings for sun-exposed sidewalls, balconies, and trafficable terraces. Single-component and two-component options.
Crystalline waterproofing
For water tanks, basements, and below-grade structures where the waterproofing has to remain effective under continuous hydrostatic pressure.
Polymer-modified mortars
For crack repair, surface levelling, and substrate preparation prior to membrane application.

What is the minimum order quantity for B2B pricing?
The minimum varies by material category. For bituminous membranes, typically a full roll. For SBR-modified coatings, typically a 20 kg pail. For polyurethane systems, typically a 20 litre drum. WhatsApp us with the product and quantity you need, and we will share the applicable rate.
Do you deliver to site, or do I have to collect?
Both. Site delivery is available across Telangana and to standard delivery points in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala. Pickup from our Sangareddy office is welcome between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer credit terms?
For new customers, the first three orders are payment-in-advance. From the fourth order onwards, credit terms (typically 30 days) are available with documented payment history and a basic credit verification.
Are you an authorised dealer for the major brands?
Yes for the brands within our distribution territory. The list of authorised partnerships is shared on request. Dealer pricing is contingent on authorised dealership status, so verify before assuming a rate.
I am a small contractor running my first site. Can I still buy from you?
Yes. The B2B rate is the B2B rate, whether you are running your first site or your fiftieth. Order size determines pricing, not customer size.
What if the material I receive does not perform as expected on site?
Call our technical team on WhatsApp before applying more of the same. We will help diagnose whether the issue is product-related, substrate-related, or application-related. Where the issue is product-related and within warranty terms, we coordinate with the manufacturer for replacement or refund.
